This outdoor shelter includes a built-in front porch, giving dogs a shaded spot to lounge outside their main sleeping area. The cabin-style design uses real wood and is topped with a weather-resistant asphalt roof. This roof material is specifically chosen to deflect heat and provide a durable barrier against heavy rain and snow.
Ventilation is managed through a side window and a clear plastic door flap. These features allow fresh air to move through the kennel while keeping wind and rain from blowing directly into the sleeping quarters. The porch area is also elevated, matching the main floor height to keep the entire footprint off the wet ground.
The medium-sized interior is suitable for various breeds looking for a secure outdoor home. The combination of the dark asphalt and natural wood tones creates a rustic aesthetic for the garden. It serves as a functional retreat that protects pets from the elements while offering a comfortable vantage point from the porch.
